SOoo, any third-world ISP can create a DOS by entering creative routing tables? Don't let the terrorists hear about that! (satire)

Oh my god are you stupid or something! Regardless of whether an ISP is in the Third World or in the West, the technology is still the same so any ISP can kill a site if it has enough bandwidth which Pakistan has (think of having all those call centers duh!!! am i speakin too fast for itsy bitsy dum dum who thinks that the same servers and programs made by Intel IBM HP Sun Microsoft etc somehow are tuned down for poorer countries??
