Firefox, the second largest browser on the planet, got a patch yesterday taking the browser to version 2.0.0.14. The update addresses a stability issue related to patches in version 2.0.0.13.

Mozilla released a new version of Firefox, correcting a garbage collector issue.
Version 2.0.0.14 contains fixes for problems related to the JavaScript engine that were covered in the last browser update from Mozilla. There were reports that some users crashed and burned during JavaScript garbage collection. To address that little problem, Mozilla released a fix, and updated the browser’s version.
Mozilla stressed that there is no proof that these JavaScript problems were exploitable.
If you suffered from the crashes, but can not yet apply the updates, Mozilla suggests disabling JavaScript.
The newest patch is related to issues in MFSA2008-15, which addressed issues related to memory corruption.
