I would be more concern about how the NSA would acquire the blueprints of this technology to build their own improved spy satellites. Does the world really need secret agencies spying on everyone to make the world a safer place? And if so, how does spying create the best environment to encourage cooperation? And how would the U.S. view some group spying on them? Friendly or Foe? Eliminate or adsorb? We are made wise not by the recollection of our past, but by the responsibility for our future. These days people seek knowledge, not wisdom. Knowledge is of the past, wisdom is of the future.
