Indeed, if justice is to be ever gotten for this horrible deed, it is now, and this woman should be punished, she was a 'direct' cause, a contributing factor in the death of this child. She certainly should not get off scott free, she knew she was doing to this child, a grave injustice, that took her to her own grave. Far too many already are exploiting children and getting away with it. This woman deserves absolute punishement/prison time.

2 words: Thank god. Here in St. Louis this has been highly pivotal and highly emotional case. Using the internet to humiliate someone using real names, etc. is no different than sabotaging face to face. In fact it is worse because people the world over can put in their 2 cents (yes, like we are doing now). This little b*tch deserves all that comes to her. I can't believe she was the adult here and engaging in such juvenile (and that word is the understatement of the year) behavior.

A verbal battering from Nancy Grace is what ultimately contributed to, and resulted in, the death of Melinda Duckett. It is a crime to verbally beat up on an emotionally distraut person. That is why Nancy has settled the case by paying big bucks to the Duckett family, as verified by those sites familiar with the crimes of Nancy Grace.

This is tragic and I feel terrible for the family who lost their daughter. However, the girl previously suffered from depression and had tried killing herself in the past. I think the girl's parents are trying to blame someone else. It was something she did all on her own.

That's what a lot of uneducated people like you think, there JennLO6. Perhaps a formal education and some college degrees will help you overcome your ignorance. Good luck.

The actual death-toll of the victims that have lost their life as a direct result of the unprofessional actions of Nancy Grace is unknown as of this date. Due, in-part, to the inability of the dead victims to now make such an adequate and prolific statement of the account of Nancy’s heinous influence of her inaccurate, illicit, and sometimes illegal actions documented by this known Predator-of-victims. Basically, and as simple as possible, Nancy’s goals and actions are always self-serving to her, and have never been, in any stretch of the imagination by any well educated person, to be for the victim of any crime in any capacity. Since Nancy has never been a victim of any crime herself, contrary to her claim, she conveys a clueless-ness of any and all ability to understand anything about any need, any desire, or any understanding of any victim in any situation. Thus resulting in a track record of her inappropriate actions, sometime illicit, sometimes, immoral, and sometimes illegal actions she documents against real victims of crimes, and most notably, sometimes resulting in the loss of life of some of those victims by her idiotic self-promoting and selfish actions who is going under the false-name of Nancy Grace.

I am playing devils advocate here- do you remember when you where young? The little cute girl in school who was completely stuck up and a bitch to everyone??? The victom really seems to fit that profile, and the mom? Let me say this, did you see the pictures in the articles were the victom's mom is holding up the two pictures- what 13 year old girls should be posing and appearing like that in photography???? I'm not saying the victom deserved it, (of course not) but consider the lives of the two girls and remember how things where when YOU were growing up... It is easy to see how this was just some female teen B.S. that just went too far.
