i worked with this device 565/580 since it is on the market. It starts with 32 megs of Ram. Silently they changed it from 32 to 64 Ram, without a replacing of the old non working models.
ACL is not very handy. Enabling the CLamAV engine, you do not have the ability to bypass the device in transparent mode. For example: no updates from Microsoft.
ClamAv produces many errors on the SMB share. This Firmware is very buggy.(SecureComputing/SG580 Version 3.1.5u4)
NAT does`not let you build Full Nat connections.
Ipsec is not comparable to other brands like ASTARO.
If you are interested in really good Firewalls ... take a look at ASTARO or Fortinet!
