Rambus has been the victim of a tech industry conspiracy to exclude them from the market and to steal their technology. Furthermore, their foes have systematically done their best to smear Rambus with a multitude of false claims about the company.
Rambus is not the only invention driven company to be abused in this way. In fact there is a group of companies whose business model is serial infringement who lie, cheat and steal at every opportunity.
They have their own trade association, calling themselves the Coalition for Patent Fairness. Their agenda is nothing less than to make use of patents a king's sport.
This group has been conducting an all out assault on inventors rights worldwide for years.
No developed country can maintain its standard of living in the face of low wage global competition except through job creation based on invention. It is the only thing standing between our current high standard of living and a precipitous drop.
