I've voted in every presidential race since I was 18. Without a doubt, the turnout today was the largest I've ever seen. Regardless of how this turns out, I really hope this means more American's exercise their right to choose its leaders. It's a privilege too many of us take for granted.

God help my brothers on the Chicago police force if McCain wins. Gonna be alot of angry people. Funny though, I don't expect a lot of rioting republicans if Obama gets the prize.

Your sad that you put your hope and faith in a man who is a socialist and has no experience. Maybe Barry and his old buddy Ayers can go blow up the Lincoln memorial together. I hope when there is an attack on the U.S like biden said there would be, you people are some of the people that get hit, because with McCain that wouldn’t happen. But hey “believe the HYPE”

I think its funny that the conservatives know they are going to lose the White house and that they have resorted to name calling in order to scare people in to voting for McCain. I guess the terrorists will be more afraid of McCain than they were of Bush. Most people in this country forget our History. Every Major war we have been in was started when a Democrat was in the White house excluding the civil war and now Iraq and Afghan. Boy those Republicans are doing a great job with the wars they have committed us too. Conservatives are also afraid of Obama's perceived Liberal tendencies. When he was elected the President of the Harvard Law review, the liberals thought they had it made. They were wrong. In an interview a conservative member of the review stated Obama was a centrist and he surprised many people in his decision to act on the behalf of all instead of one side.

Did a McCain supporter use the phrase 'don't believe the hype'? WOW. I concur.

The McCain/Palin ticket is hot air. Nothing coherent or concrete about anything they say. You're in good company buddy!

First off, it's not surprising you that you instantly start raving about socialism and terrorism.. One thing you type of people (uneducated people, not republicans) are good at is ranting, raving, and backing opinions based on... opinion. Neo-McCarthy-ism at it's finest. Outlandish claims, the kind of fear tactics that terrorists use to recruit children young. Your words make you more of a terrorist than Obama could ever be. Guess what?! the muslim world also has rantings and ravings very similar to your own. It's called fanaticism. Im sorry but today the voice of reason will prevail over uneducated zealots who have never met a muslim or even seen another country. You are no different than those on the other side manifesting hate with lies. Grow up. America isnt the center of the universe. If only your trailer wasn't the center of yours.

This guy probably thought Abraham Lincoln was a closet muslim too. 'but ma, his name was ABRAHAM! and he had a beard! That proves it!'
