What absurd nonsense.

Obama was specifically hand-picked to put a new face on Bush's globalist agenda -- a multi-nationalist charismatic elite socialist who could more easily convince Americans to go along with unpopular ideas like more wars, more corporate bail-outs, reinstating the draft, and the confiscation of guns from citizens.

McCain was just an empty-suit corpse with very little support propped up as Plan B. The Republicans followed the ABRP line of thought -- Anyone But Ron Paul, who could have really given Obama a run for his money (and there was a lot of corporate money behind Obama), especially after everything he'd predicted about the economy came true.

That would have given American too much 'change' in a positive direction, and there would be none of that allowed.

Obama has surrounded himself with pro-war thugs like Zbigniew Brzezinski as his top foreign adviser -- who is itching to start trouble with Russia, and Rahm Emanuel as his Chief of Staff -- a Freddie Mac alum who wants teenagers to be forced to serve in the army, turning America into a perpetual state of war.

All I'm saying is Americans need to wake up and realize who is really behind the 'puppet/front man,' and stop this idiotic American Idol worship and hope that Obama isn't going to break every single 'promise' he's made -- he's already sold us voting yes on the first bail-out.

People better start waking up soon while we still have a country we recognize as the Land of the Free.

the internet did not choose Obama.....his corporate buddies used it to jam him down our throats....and i don't believe a damn word he says..while i do recognize the symbolic significance of the first black president....i fear he is nothing more than an empty shell...just as many others before him....yes he talks with much passion but it is all meaningless nondescript platitudes and user friendly sound bites...it's all..'blah blah HOPE CHANGE blah blah'....so in the next four years you can expect things to continue on the same dismal path now that they have effectively quelled the riot of those proclaiming revolution....if we can ever hope to change anything in this country we have to start by breaking the two party gridlock and give the other parties a fair shot.......they're not just 3rd parties....they represent a growing majority....and the majority deserves to be represented..................r3VOLution!!

Hi
i am surprised that how Americans will choose someone having not much experience in administration. Obama still has to prove himself. oratory, personality are different things and administration is a different thing. The Obama effect is that Muslims & The suppressed in India are happy that they also have a chance like Obama had. The expectation from Obama is very high. the honeymoon will last for six months, and unless he delivers he will fail.
