Given all the talk about the Conficker Worm, how it works and how it has infected millions of systems worldwide, most of the media has glossed over the list of passwords the Worm uses to spread on the network.

The researchers at security company F-Secure, along with the likes of BitDefender and Microsoft Corp., have compiled a list of passwords being used by the Worm. If you, dear reader, use any of these passwords, not only are you vulnerable to the brute force attempts made by Conficker, but you are also vulnerable to any brute force attack on your systems and network.
If you use any of the passwords listed below, change it immediately and never use it again. The risk is simply not worth the ability to remember something quickly.
Common name-related passwords:
