More pointedly, the creative sells force at automobile specialist Nations Trucks in Florida is looking to increase festive sales by offering up Russia’s most iconic assault rifle with every vehicle that rolls off the forecourt. Genius.

According to Nations Trucks general sales manager Nick Ginetta, every truck sold comes complete with a $400 USD weapons voucher that can be traded against an AK-47 at the buyer’s convenience.

Speaking with the Daily Mail, Ginetta also revealed that sales have almost doubled since the Sanford-based outlet launched the promotion back on Veterans Day (November 11).

Although the offer has raised questioning eyebrows from some quarters, Ginetta was keen to point out that every prospective customer must first pass a background check before keys and voucher are handed over.

The free AK-47 promotion will run until the close of November.
