Renowned game developer Bungie is marking its upcoming 20th anniversary by holding a massive memorabilia auction, which will see it offering fans the chance to secure some extremely rare bits and pieces plucked from the Halo universe.

And, as if that weren’t enough to enthuse followers of Microsoft’s flagship videogame property—as Bungie finally bows out of the franchise proper—the studio is also planning to use the auction to unveil details regarding its first cross-platform creation.

According to the studio’s official site, it will be well worth attending the anniversary celebrations because “we’re going to tell you, in explicit detail, exactly what Bungie Aerospace is all about.”

The high-profile Bungie fan event will take place between June 23 and July 7 and all proceeds will be donated to Child’s Play and the Bungie Foundation.

Other reasons to join the festivities during the above period include the appearance of “totally kick ass” Swag Sacks on the Bungie Store, and the hosting of a 24-hour Bungie vs. the World No Holds Barred Halo: Reach Marathon.
