Mystery UFOs caught on camera during snowstorm

It’s been a while since we’ve had a tantalizing UFO story to report on, so this otherwise drab Thursday morning was brightened considerably after stumbling upon the following YouTube video.
This particular clip, recorded by a dash-mounted camera aboard a mountain rescue vehicle in Scotland, captures what appear to be two dazzling blue-white UFOs as they zip low through inclement wintry weather on January 1.
Emerging momentarily into view of those traveling on the windy country road, the glowing orbs appear to slow for a second—allowing onlookers to catch the briefest of glimpses—before then racing away back into the surrounding blizzard.
However, although the lightshow is certainly impressive and will doubtless lead to plenty of speculation amongst UFO enthusiasts, cynics have already dismissed the footage as mere lens flare caused by the headlamps of an oncoming car.
Although the other car passes just as the lights move through the frame, some believers have noted how the flying objects appear unevenly spaced in the sky and move at clearly different speeds.
This would apparently not be the case if the camera was indeed reacting to the lights of another vehicle, so they claim.
While we here at Tech Herald Towers would love to ‘believe’, we feel it only right to point out the clear blue-white lens flash created at 00:02 as a different car passes through the camera’s field of view.
It’s therefore highly likely that the vehicle cresting a rise at 15:00—exactly when the UFOs appear—is doing so at just the right speed and angle to cause the recording of visible flare.
What do you think? Take a look and let us know.
