Nintendo has added a little more consumer appeal to the long-awaited return of its Legend of Zelda videogame series by announcing a special Hyrulian software bundle.

Available for the Wii home console, the upcoming limited edition Skyward Sword pack will come complete with a golden Wii Remote Plus that sports the series’ iconic Triforce logo.

And yes, the golden controller is the very same as the one revealed by Nintendo during its recent keynote presentation at the E3 Expo in Los Angeles.

Along with the snazzy controller, eager fans can also look forward to an accompanying golden CD packed with orchestrated game music plucked from the first 25 years of Zelda’s existence.

The special music disc will be offered as a limited availability bonus for all those gamers quick enough to snap up the initial print run of Skyward Sword (both standard and golden).

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is set to arrive in November, with the limited edition bundle attached to a price of $70 USD, while the regular version will sell for $50 USD.
