Sony to introduce PSN titles via PlayStation Portable compilations

In a move to add further appeal to the steady growth of its PlayStation Portable platform, Sony Computer Entertainment is to begin porting online PlayStation Network (PSN) videogame packs down on to UMD disc.
The introduction of additional handheld-based exposure for its online titles is scheduled to begin this coming October and will see Sony releasing two triple packs of notable existing PSN games for the PlayStation Portable audience.
That opening triple salvo will be labelled “PlayStation Network Collection: Puzzle Pack” compilation is also expected to arrive before the close of October, which will exercise grey matter through PSN classics including Lemmings, Go! Sudoku and Go! Puzzle.
Various reports indicate that a “PlayStation Network Collection: Power Pack” and will include rhythm-based Beats, multiplayer shooter Syphon Filter: Combat Ops and the quite indescribable watery wonders of flOw.
Sony has not yet attached a price point to the upcoming UMD versions of its PSN triple pack releases. That being said, the online price for the Power Pack download is 17 GBP, although production, packaging and distribution costs could see that price lift into the early-to-mid 20s.
