Using incentives to help sell new vehicles is a common practice in the automobile trade. However, while it’s no surprise to be tempted by cash-back promotions, extended warranties or upgraded equipment and accessories, one pick-up truck seller in the U.S. is offering new buyers something with a little more kick.

Specifically, if you have money to burn and a penchant for high-powered weaponry, then Max Motors in Butler, south of Kansas, can provide you with a sparkling new vehicular purchase that comes equipped with its own beautifully crafted AK-47 assault rifle. Seriously.

According to 49-year-old dealership owner Mark Muller, the somewhat unusual incentive promotion is being offered by Max Motors during the month of August.

“There are a bunch of maggots out there and not defending yourself is irresponsible,” exclaimed Muller, while also admitting he would give away hand grenades to his customers if he could.

Interestingly, the upcoming offer is not the first time Max Motors has bundled its stock along with deadly projectile weapons, having previously shifted an extra 35 pick-up trucks in a month when providing customers with free hand guns.

If you happen to be passing through Butler in August, Max Motors shouldn’t be hard to miss, not least because its forecourt slogan is ‘Guns, God, Guts and American Pick-up Trucks’.
