As you can see below, the news at this time is starting to move fast. People worried about co-workers and loved ones are already reaching out. This is only a sample of what is a flood of messages coming from Wikileaks. Most of the posts below are informational, but some are flirty and others are a call to action. We'll keep updating as the day moved forward.

Wikileaks, long a source of controversial and credible information, will be releasing over 500,000 pager message intercepts. The pager messages will be released over a 24-hour period and document communications during September 11, 2001.

The intercepts come from pagers belonging to people operating in official capacity on 9/11, including personnel from the Pentagon, NYPD, and even automated messages from computers reporting system failures as the Twin Towers collapsed.

“This is a significant and completely objective record of the defining moment of our time. We hope that its entry into the historical record will lead to a deeper and more nuanced understanding of how this tragedy and its aftermath may have been prevented,” said the Wikileaks announcement.

“While we are obligated by to protect our sources, it is clear that the information comes from an organization which has been intercepting and archiving US national telecommunications since prior to 9/11.”
