            <description><![CDATA[Electricity consumers in the U.S. could be sourcing as much as twenty percent of their power from wind energy by the year 2030, a report from the Department of Energy (DoE) has stated. 

Entitled “20 Percent Wind Energy by 2030,” the DoE study says the country would save 825 million metric tons of CO2 in 2030 and every year after should the target be met.]]></description>
